Berkeley DB XML 1.2.0 Released

Sleepycat has released Berkeley DB XML 1.2.0. The list of changes can be found on the changelog page. Of particular note is that the storage format has changed so upgrading the containers is necessary. There are also some minor API changes, though I think any breakage should be confined to C++ code.
