Apache Xindice 1.1 beta 3 released

I wasn't sure it was ever going to happen, but Vadim Gritsenko stepped up to the plate and got a new version of the Xindice native XML database out the door. A few weeks ago many committers (myself included) were wondering if the project was going to survive, Vadim clearly believed it should and did something about it. Good job.
