pybsddb 4.2.4 released

There's a new release of pybsddb available. 4.2.4 is a necessary release if you want to use Berkeley DB 4.2 with Python. Berkeley DB 4.2 is recommended for use with Berkeley DB XML 1.2 and without this pybsddb release Python crashes with DBXML 1.2 and DB 4.2.

Because I haven't had Python working with my Berkeley DB XML 1.2 install until now, I haven't yet verified that Syncato will work with it.
