Hot Rods in the wild

Sometimes living in a big city can be a really great thing. You just never know what you might encounter in your travels. Yesterday, I was driving home from a basketball game when I noticed that there were a bunch of people lining the street I was on. I didn't know anything about a parade and it didn't look like the street was going to be closed so I was a little perplexed. Having more then a little curiosity, I of course had to find out what was going on. Here's what I found.
