Xindice HTTP Interface

This interface provides simple HTTP retrieval of documents stored in the Xindice database. At some point this functionality will be integrated back into the Xindice server, but for now this gives you an easy way to add it in. Any document can be retrieved by simply typing a URL like http://localhost:4080/db/addressbook/address1

This interface is currently lightly tested, but is based on code that was tested a fair amount in the past. It is derived from code in an old version of dbXML. Please let me know if you experience any problems.

Like Xindice the HTTP API is available under an Apache style Open Source license.

Note: This interface does not work with dbXML, you must be using Xindice.
